Q. How do I receive my database?

A. After your order has gone through you will receive a email with the link to download the particular database you purchased. The link will remain active for 7 days. If you are unable to download the database for some reason we can activate the link again for you.

Q. What are csv files?

A.CSV files are basic text files that can be opened using countless programs. Excel, Access, ACT, SQL, MySQL, Oracle, any CRM, and just about any program in existence can read CSV files. It's the most common way to transfer large amounts of data. In Excel you would open the file just like you are opening a xls file.

Q. Do I need MS Office to use the database? If so, what version?

A. MS Office can help you navigate through the database easily but it is by no means required. Many people purchase the database to import into contact/lead/marketing/dialer programs or to use in databases like MySQL/Access/MS SQL/Oracle/FoxPro

Q. How big are the databases?

A.The USCompany Database is the largest of all we offer and is approx 800megs. On a fast connection it can take seconds to download but a much slower one may take as long as 30 minutes.
